Ordering

  1. To place an order you must complete our order form in full, you do not have to create an account to do this. If you do create an account after ordering please note that your order will not yet appear in your overview. If you want your order to appear in your account, you need to create an account first
  2. After completing our form choose the payment method you want to use, see below which payment methods are available.
  3. Before you can complete your order, please check if your details are correct, you agree to our terms and conditions and agree with the payment obligation. If you agree to this you can check this off and press on 'Order', to place your order.
  4. You will then be directed to a secure payment environment of one of our payment partners. Here you must follow the steps shown on your screen.
  5. When you completed the payment process, you will be returned to our website and you will see a notification with the status of your payment, when the payment process has been successfully completed you will receive an order confirmation with information about your order by email.

After placing the order, it can no longer be viewed, changed or canceled on-line. Please contact our customer service for a change or cancellation. As long as your order has not yet been packed and shipped when we read the mail then we can arrange the change or cancellation for you.
